Sure I could make this machine so much simplier; but then again, how fun would it be?

  •  ...is anybody following this blog!? Tumblr might be a very elegant blog platform, but I miss the reader comments feature a lot. Besides, I am thinking in name the machine as Opdehy.

The very first trial, apples!!!

Tuke about 4 hours in 50°C, got something like 80% dehydrated. No logic control, I just let one resistive group working while I was doing something else. The lab (and the house) smell so good! I was waiting for some neightbour rings the bell asking what is going on.

Thanks Jô for the grater!
